There are… Turweston events are suffering from such. (see my thread in the GA forums). Not always noise either – this one’s main gripe is the numbers!!!!

I’m in a place with a smilar or less level of work load and whilst it was good for a while it’s mind numbingly killing me… I am looking for a way out… I’ve been here for a couple of years now but it helped when my other half decided to leave me… Was busy when learning the job but now…

Moggy.
The German’s also still use the UH-1… Regularly get one at Helidays. Along with the newer version, the AB.212, as used by the Italians and the most recent incarnation the AB.412 as used by the Dutch and DFTS.

I was surprised to see that they’ve repainted the Dove… Looks much nice.
Shame about the Prentice being outside… I have a personal connection with the BP P.111 – my dad escorted it along the M1 – the picture in the magazines at the time show a Range Rover police escort – That was my dad…!

Lovely shots. Like the yellow and red scheme – very different.
As Prince Charles said over our Boscastle incident “Thank God for the helicopters” – an applicable statement for whatever God you praise.
Nice to see helicopters getting some forum time…

At the risk of being branded a fool… Could it be that they were removed and refitted the wrong way round? I only ask as it’s an option not yet discussed – Probably too bady corroded to take off but…

Fantastic work-horse.
Flew on an 8 and 1/2 hour day trip to Gib in one as a Spacey. The memory of holding on and peering out of the cockpit window on the landing at Gib as this poor cyclist realised that we were heading for him and his cycling rate increasing VERY noticably. Also the low pass over Wroughton on our return noting where an event had been held and the subsequent marks on the grass…
We had butty boxes then too. I’d forgotten about them…
